Return & Refund Policy — Sheonn

At Sheonn, we want you to love what you carry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)


3. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost


4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@sheonn.in with your order details

  2. Our team will review and approve your request

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process


5. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method


6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

  • You will be asked to provide your payment details for processing


7. EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered


8. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect products

  • For other returns, a minimal shipping fee may be deducted (if applicable)


9. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
