1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You can request a return if:

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

Items returned without original packaging

Products purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)
3. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Our team will review and approve your request

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process
5. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method
6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

You will be asked to provide your payment details for processing
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect items delivered
8. SHIPPING CHARGES

Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect products

For other returns, a minimal shipping fee may be deducted (if applicable)
9. CANCELLATIONS
